On Thursday, January 16, 2025, AFCS is interviewing qualified civilian professionals like you for mission-critical openings across numerous career fields within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC), the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC), and elements of the 75th Air Base Wing. Qualified candidates may be invited to participate in an interview on-site.

AFLCMC, an integral part of Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), is responsible for the development, acquisition, testing, deployment, and sustainment of all Air Force aircraft and weapons systems, including manned and unmanned aircraft, missiles, and space systems. It relies on a highly skilled and dedicated workforce, both civilian and active duty, to provide logistics, maintenance, and engineering support to the Air Force’s major command organizations.
AFNWC plays an essential role in securing the nation and deterring acts of aggression against it. It is responsible for overseeing, testing, modernizing, and sustaining every nuclear weapon in the Air Force’s inventory. At Hill Air Force Base, AFNWC manages both the Minute Man III Systems Division, responsible for inception-to-retirement integrated management of the LGM-30G Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) system, as well as the Sentinel Systems Division, responsible for overseeing the total life cycle of the LGM-35A Sentinel weapon system, which will replace the LGM-30 Minuteman III. The directorate is also responsible for the Mark 21A Reentry Vehicle, Fuze Modernization, and Next-Generation Reentry Vehicle programs.
AFSC: The mission of the Air Force Sustainment Center is to provide Sustainment and Logistics readiness with world-class depot maintenance, supply chain management, and installation support to deliver combat power for America. We provide integrated, agile Logistics and Sustainment across the globe, driving a cost-conscious culture that develops and supports Airmen for tomorrow’s Air Force. OO-ALC is composed of several production groups and geographically separated units providing services and products in support of DoD missions. The depot-level maintenance, repair, and overhaul services performed are vital to the life cycle of Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM), fifth-generation and legacy aircraft, and software. Unique attributes include F-35, F-22, F-16, A-10, C-130, and T-38 airframes, landing gear, power systems, electronics, ICBM support systems, software design and development, and aerospace assets storage and reclamation.
72nd, 75th, and 78th Air Base Wings provide mission support, equipment, munitions, civil engineering, medical, airfield operations, command post, explosive ordnance disposal, public affairs, equal opportunity and alternate dispute resolution, and financial management to active-duty military, Guard and Reserve components, civilians and family members. The wings also support retired military and their family members.
