The Operations Career Field is looking for civilian Airmen and Guardians who actively support the U.S.’s national security through vigilance using your unique cyber operations skillset or via their mastery of the space domain.
The civilian Operations Career Field Team manages thousands of vital Department of the Air Force (DAF) projects around the world. From start to finish, we are Airmen and Guardians who ensure space launches are executed to meet national security objectives. Operational units are fully manned with new Air Force pilots. Satellite operations are safely executed to meet national and combatant commander objectives, provide comprehensive cyberspace data analytical support and offensive and/or defensive cyber operations, and protect critical networks from cyber-attacks.
In this role, you’ll work shoulder to shoulder with current Operations Specialists on challenging and rewarding projects, where you will make real contributions and gain invaluable real-world experience.

PCIP QUALIFICATIONS
U.S. citizenship
Full-time undergraduate student (sophomore or junior with at least 60 credits) or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college or university
Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Aerospace/Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering, Mathematics, Space Studies, or other STEM disciplines or related fields
GPA 2.95 or above
Ability to obtain Security Clearance funded by Department of Air Force (e.g., Background check)
