Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is seeking recent college graduates or full-time graduating seniors for the PALACE Acquire (PAQ) Civilian Flight Instructor program.
The PAQ program takes highly qualified CFIIs and provides them with a three-year developmental program. In the first year, the PAQ will complete T-6 Undergraduate Flying Training (UPT), followed by T-6A Pilot Instructor Training(PIT).
After being certified as a T-6A civilian instructor pilot, the PAQ will provide T-6A flight instruction in all Syllabus events helping the Air Force create pilots to fly, fight, and win—airpower, anytime, anywhere. In addition to earned promotions and generous health and retirement benefits, the program offers ample opportunity for personal growth and AFCS advancement.
