Ready for a challenge? The PAQ Program offers a two-year developmental and rotational program for recent graduates that will expose you to every aspect of Air Force Civil Engineering.
We are seeking recent undergraduate and graduate students who have recently completed their degrees or are in their final semester to be trained in the CE disciplines.
During a PAQ Internship, you will work shoulder to shoulder with current AFCS Civilian Engineers on challenging and rewarding projects, where you will make real contributions and gain invaluable experience.
This is a development program with annual promotions where yearly salary increases are granted based on performance and supervisory approval. Upon successful completion of the program, the PALACE Acquire Program offers a permanent position at AFCS, making it a great way to start your professional life.

PCIP QUALIFICATIONS
U.S. citizenship
Full-time undergraduate student (sophomore or junior with at least 60 credits) or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college or university
Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Biological Sciences, or related fields
GPA 2.95 or above
Ability to obtain Security Clearance funded by Department of Air Force (e.g., Background check)
