It's our mission to improve the quality of life of all Air Force active-duty service members, civilian airmen, and their families. The Force Support team includes a wide range of professionals and professions that meet the everyday needs of the Air Force community, whether that be human resources, adult and child educational opportunities, military and family readiness, fitness and recreation, or basic necessities such as food service and lodging.

As a Force Support PAQ Intern, you will work shoulder to shoulder with current Force Support Managers on challenging and rewarding real-world projects, where you'll make real contributions and gain invaluable hands-on experience. Your internship provides on-the-job training as well as the opportunity for 100% funding for a relevant master's degree. Successful completion of the PAQ Internship leads to an offer of a permanent position within your chosen career field. PCIP QUALIFICATIONS

  • U.S. citizenship

  • Full-time undergraduate student (sophomore or junior with at least 60 credits) or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college or university

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Early Childhood/Child Development, Social Services, Education, Business Analytics, or related fields

  • GPA 2.95 or above

  • Ability to obtain Security Clearance funded by Department of Air Force (e.g., Background check)
