Approximately 30 students from Texas A&M University-San Antonio toured the Air Force’s Personnel Center to get a first-hand understanding of the Premier College Intern Program.
The PCIP is a Secretary of the Air Force initiative that focuses on recruiting high caliber, professional college students who are seeking a career with the Air Force Civilian Service and provides them with real-world experience.
“The goal of this visit was to introduce the Premier College Intern Program to students in the local area who could potentially fill positions here at AFPC,” said Ed Bujan, PCIP recruiting manager. “The Air Force hires 12,000 new civilian Airmen to join the Air Force team annually. College students and graduates are key to mission success.”
